Practice Swim Suit

(REQUIRED)

• Must be different than competition suit
• Boys should wear jammers or briefs
• Girls should wear a one-piece training suit
• Rinse in cold water after use, squeeze dry do not twist and wring

Goggles

(REQUIRED)

• Should have two straps and not cover the nose
• Back-up pair recommended
• Available for purchase from our Team Shop – swimmers will be required to purchase goggles if they do not have them or if they break at practice
• Rinse with clean water after use, do not rub inside lenses. Use "anti-fog spray" occasional and just dip in pool to clear. 
• Recommended: 
• Younger swimmers: TYR Kids' Swimple
• Older Kids/Narrow Faces: Speedo Vanquisher Junior
• Teens and up: Speedo Vanquisher or Speedo Vanquisher Women

Practice Cap

(REQUIRED)

• Should be able to cover all hair on the head
• Back-up cap is recommended
• If the hair is longer than eyebrows, a cap is required for practice
• Available for purchase from our Team Shop – swimmers will be required to purchase a cap if their hair is too long or if it breaks at practice
• Look for long hair caps if your cap keeps slipping.
• Rinse with cool, clean water after use. Let dry inside and out.

Sneakers

(REQUIRED)

• Mandatory at every practice for dryland warmups before each practice

Towel

• An extra towel may be desired for dryland workouts and to dry off after practice

Competition Suit

(OPTIONAL for MEET PARTICIPATION)

• Team Branded suit coming fall 2025!
• Alternatively - Any Navy or dark colored suit (our team colors are Navy, Cobalt, Orange, and White)
• A higher quality suit worn only for swim meets.
• Do not wear to practice except maybe once or twice to get comfortable in it.

Competition Cap

(EPSC CAP REQUIRED FOR COMPETITION)

• A team logo cap that is only worn for swim meets to prolong life of cap
• You will receive one from the team at the start of each season; backups or replacements avalailable for purchase from our Team Shop

Practic Gear

(REQUIRED*)

*The facility has kickboards and pullbouys for use if you forget yours

Copper:

• May use facility kickboard and gear 

Gold, Silver, Bronze, Senior, Junior:

• Fins
• Kickboard
• Mesh Bag for equipment

Senior and Junior Groups Add:
